This exciting project took 7 months, transforming a 1960s farmhouse into a fantastic modern home, allowing space for friends and family to enjoy the Hampshire countryside. A car port was created under the extension, allowing parking for 2 cars. The house has heat source pumps providing the heating and hot water throughout.
The original house was a simple rectangular 19060s design. This was clad in kebony wood, softening and modernising the appearance. The new build construction was created to the east side, helping to encompass the swimming pool into the outdoor living area. The car port lies beneath the new east wing.
The covered BBQ area that can be seen in the photographs lies to the west of the house, with stunning views. This allows for outdoor living in the unpredictable English climate.
